Shareholder reminder: third Extraordinary General Assembly meeting

TADCO reminded shareholders of the third Extraordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on 27 September 2026.

Electronic voting through Tadawulati was to open at 1:00 a.m. on 23 September and continue until the meeting ended. Under Article 29 of the bylaws, the third meeting is valid regardless of the shares represented.
