Announcement Detail<\/td>\nWith reference to Tabuk Agricultural Development Company\u2019s announcement regarding the invitation to its valued shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting including the reduction of the Company\u2019s capital (Third Meeting), and further to the reminder announcement published on the Saudi Exchange website on Tuesday, 22 September 2026G, corresponding to 11 Jumada Al-Thani 1448H, regarding the meeting date and the commencement of electronic voting. <\/p>\n

The Company would like to remind its valued shareholders that the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting including the reduction of the Company\u2019s capital (Third Meeting) will be held, God willing, today, Sunday, 27 September 2026G, at 6:30 p.m., in person at the Guest House at the Company\u2019s Project in Tabuk \u2013 Halat Ammar Road, as well as remotely through modern technology means via the Tadawulaty platform.<\/p>\n

The Company would also like to emphasize that, pursuant to Article (29) of the Company\u2019s Bylaws, the Third Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting shall be valid regardless of the number of shares represented at the meeting.<\/p>\n

The Company also urges its valued shareholders to attend, participate, and vote on the General Assembly agenda items, and to exercise their statutory rights to discuss the items listed on the.<\/p>\n

The Company reminds its valued shareholders that electronic voting is available to shareholders registered with Tadawulaty services and will continue until the end of the General Assembly Meeting.<\/p>\n

The Company encourages its valued shareholders to participate and vote on the General Assembly agenda items, thereby contributing to the decision-making process regarding the matters presented to the General Assembly.<\/p>\n
